Farm-to-table Dinner featured on Darling Magazine
Last Spring, with the help of Clare Day Flowers, we created this beautiful farm-to-table dinner for family and friends at Red Damsel Farm. An evening in the garden, each dish featured local ingredients, many of which came right from the farm. We sipped crab apple cocktails right under the same trees that the fruit was picked from while enjoying artisan bread, duck prosciutto, and garlic pesto.
Clare gathered and designed loose, organic florals for the table and cocktail area including passion flower vine, Queen Anne's lace and black cosmos. These florals delicately strung the table along with gorgeous hand dyed napkins by Maiwa. The night was relaxed and serene, full of sharing stories, great food and an appreciation to be dining outdoors once again.
We are so pleased that Darling Magazine ran this dinner yesterday to debut their new website. We invite you to take a look at their story which features recipes from the dinner as well as inspiring outdoor entertaining ideas.
